The period buildings already have a wealth of artistic and architectural features, which will be retained as part of the “timeless” concept of the development. For instance, we will incorporate the beautiful stained glass windows, oak bookcases and gallery of the original library into its proposed new role as a restaurant. The double height foyer in the main entrance will also be conserved. The ten different exterior statues, symbolising study and intellectual achievement, add beauty and originality to the development.
