At Kingsway Square, as with every other St James development, we will take great care to minimise the environmental impact of the development during construction, by restoring existing buildings and reusing as much original building material as possible. Some examples are: Reduced water consumption with A-rated appliances and dual flush toilets 100% provision of secure cycle storage Ecology - 1 tree was removed from site but 12 trees are to be planted in it’s place
