| .jpg) | | You and our website St James is committed to providing you with an easy ’purchasing journey’ from your first viewing of the properties available through to completion. This interactive website allows you to save your own choices, change or add to them if necessary, keeps you up to date with the build status of your new home, and allows us to send you other news as it occurs. The journey goes as follows: - Step 1 - registration and property selection. Once you have registered, and received your username and password, you will have access to the property finder to search for the home or apartment of your choice. This is effectively a ’shopping basket’, allowing you to look at your selection again any time you enter the website, adding or deleting further properties as you choose.
- Step 2 - using My Portfolio. Next time you enter the website you will automatically enter My Portfolio, your personal area where you can gather property downloads, to refer to them again or share them with your friends and family, before you visit the Sales and Marketing Suite.
- Step 3 - visiting the Sales and Marketing Suite. When you visit the interactive Sales and Marketing Suite, you’ll be able to access your personal information area in My Portfolio. Any additional properties placed in My Portfolio during your visit will be accessible from your own computer when you get home.
- Step 4 - making the purchase. When you have decided on the property you want to purchase, you will be presented with a St James Homes Loyalty Card. This will give you access to a resident’s directory of local information, and privileged discounts. The next time you enter My Portfolio, further benefits will be unlocked, such as a timeline to check on the build status of your chosen property, and an announcement board with news and information relating to the development as a whole.
